The first group of Looper Reed & McGraw lawyers I coached prepared the list of principles  and practical tips, put them on a two sided laminated sheet and handed them out to the firm lawyers at a retreat. Here is my edited version of their Practical Tips: If you found these practical tips and the principles I posted valuable, consider doing what the Looper Reed and McGrew lawyers  did. Put them on two sides of a sheet and laminate it to save it. Please also make sheets for the colleagues in your firm and your friends in other firms. I practiced law for 37 years developing a national construction law practice representing some of the top highway and transportation construction contractors in the US.
